Fate of absorbed foods?

Describe how the components of a healthy meal are dealt with by the body after they are absorbed.Thankyou
Answer:
The moment your saliva touches the food it begins to break it down into simpler molecules. The stomach is used to further loosen and breakdown the food as well as kill any bacteria that traveled down with the food since the stomach acid pH is roughly 1-3. The food then travels through the pyloric sphincter and enters the small intestine and beings to be absorbed through the intestine into the bloodstream during this process several chemicals are added to help the breakdown process like bile which is used to breakdown lipids. The food nutrients are then mostly absorbed and the waste matter is packed up and ejected. Foods like vegetable and fruits that contain cellulose are not broken down and are referred to as fiber which helps clean out the intestine like brushes but are not as easily compacted and leads to looser stool.
It's sort of a Rube Goldberg device.
Nutrients sorted out and delivered, waste and toxins excreted.Same as with an unhealthy meal. Only difference is, a healthy meal typically produces a sinker, and an unhealthy meal is more likely to produce a floater.
